3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Trade journal entries and personal preferences are stored under your unique user account and are not shared with other users.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Firebase (Google) — push notification delivery
- Paystack — payment processing (we do not store card details)
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered signal generation and chat features
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the Service.
6. Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver trading signal alerts to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your account or subscription.
7. Financial Disclaimer
We do not collect or store any financial account information such as bank account numbers, brokerage credentials, or API keys. Payment is processed securely through Paystack.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at marnob.pcb@gmail.com.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
